The Sabine River Authority of Texas Board of Directors approved DRAFT revisions to the Commercial Limited Use Permit Form, Base Fee Schedule and Additional Fee Schedules. The Sabine River Authority of Texas (SRA) hereby gives notice that it is accepting public comments on revisions to the Commercial Limited Use Permit Form, Base Fee, and Additional Fee Schedules.
The proposed fee schedule is to become effective subject to consideration and adoption by the SRA Board of Directors.
30-Day Public Comment Period: Written comments will be accepted through 4:30 pm on Friday, November 6, 2026. Comments received after the deadline may not be considered.
A copy of the DRAFT Commercial Limited Use Permit Form, Base Fee, and Additional Fee Schedules for Lake Tawakoni, Toledo Bend, and Lake Fork are on file at:
